今日は読んですごく面白かった本のご紹介☆
雑誌で紹介されていて、知ったのかな?きっかけは忘れてしまったのですが、こちら
「発達障害サバイバルガイド」借金玉 です。
著者が「借金玉」だし、正直あまり期待できないなーと思って読み始めたのですが(笑)
これが、意外にすごく良かった!私は自分ではASD(アスペルガー)の傾向がちょっとあるかなーとは思うものの
発達障害と診断されたことはない一般人なのですが、これは誰にでも役に立つ内容でした!
自身が発達障害がある作者が、諦めず工夫をして自分の特性と向き合って得た、生活の知恵をまとめてくれています。
この、正直でまじめな姿勢がとても好感が持てるし、うつで苦しんでいる最中の人には、自分を責めないで、今日を生き抜いたことだけで価値がある、とメッセージを投げかけている姿勢も、経験者ならではで、ずっしりくるものがありました。
自分のための覚書きのためにも、内容を簡単にまとめますのでご参考にしてください♪
■『発達障害サバイバルガイド 「あたりまえ」がやれない僕らがどうにか生きていくコツ47』 借金玉
〇生活環境
・貧乏人こそ、設備投資して生活を楽にすべき
・食洗機:仕事を手助けするものではなく、仕事を任せるものを購入する
・寝床に投資:健康が1番高い。マットレスは中途半端ではなく高価な物を。西川がいい!
・机と椅子:知的生産拠点がないと人は勉強しない。ちゃぶ台ではダメ。
・ぶっこみ収納:部屋の中の定位置の決まっていない物はすべて1つの箱にぶっこむ。
→①中身の見える箱で②3つまで③あふれたら捨てる
・ゴミ箱こい:自分が最も時間を過ごす場所から手の届く位置にゴミ箱を置く
・キーファインダー:いつも何かを探す人生を断ち切る。2500円でタグ6個付きで売っている。これを利用すべき。
〇お金
・必要なのはお金を稼ぐ技術ではなく、貧乏でもやっていく技術
・クレジットカードで支出管理を。家計簿は諦める。感覚は当てにならない。生活の本質的な問題をきちんと把握する。
・借金生活をリセットするには引っ越ししかない。固定費を見直す。外食やギャンブルから物理的に離れる。
・貯金は無理やりひねり出すものではなく自然に積み上がる余剰。生活に無理があると浪費してしまう。生活投資をして家での生活を楽しむと支出が減る。
・Amazonパントリーや配達サービスを利用してスーパーに行かない。外食や衝動買い、時間の節約ができる
・借金は1人から、大きな額を借りる。少額をたくさんの人から借りると社会的信用の低下を招く。
〇習慣
・始めるのに必要なエネルギー=スタートコストを下げろ。
①一元化:必要なものが手の届く所にある
②常時一覧化:目に入るようセットする
③省エネ:やるぞ!のコストを節約する
・1日1箱で習慣を固定する
請求書も仕事も薬もすべて中身の見える箱に突っ込んでエブリデイボックスを作る。毎日やることがまとまっていると継続できる。
・やることが3つ以上あるとパニックになる。週1回誰かにタスクを書き出してもらう。他人事だと冷静に考えられる。自分で出来ないのとを他人の脳を使ってやることは大事。
・夕飯を選ぶだけでも脳は疲れる。週1回、月1回のルーチンを作成して決断疲れをなくし、生活にリズムをつくる。
・ASDにとって風呂は刺激が強く入れなくなりがち。掃除セットを常備しすぐ掃除出来るように。動画や入浴剤でエンタメ化。
・二度寝防止には気持ちいい刺激を。ペットボトルのお茶を飲む。目薬&スーッとするシートで顔を拭く。
・睡眠薬でも眠れない夜は五感を物理的に遮断する。ホットアイマスク&イヤホン&お香
・吞まないと眠れないのはアルコール依存の可能性大。パジャマに着替えて、仕事と安らぎの時間の切り替えを行う。
〇在宅ワーク
・働かないイスを用意してオンとオフの切り替えを。
・執務環境は
①必要なものにすぐ手が届くこと
②作業スペースを広く取る
③良いイスや分割キーボード、イヤーマフなど身体の負荷を小さくする
④忘れてはいけないものが常に目に入るようにする(Googleカレンダー)
→子どもにも応用可能
・手洗いで気持ちを切り替えてダラダラ癖から抜ける、ジャケットを着て仕事を始める。儀式の効果を生活に取り入れる。
・過集中は危険。手の届く場所に飲み物と食べ物を。
・タスクは大きいホワイトボードに集約する。メモはなくなる。常に見えるホワイトボードにすべて書き込む。
・壁掛けカレンダーと手帳で予定を管理すると書き写し忘れる。Googleカレンダーで同期して一元化する。
・負担にならない、お菓子を贈ることで人間関係を維持する
〇服
・感覚過敏はオシャレより着心地重視。自分に合った肌着に投資すべき。
・アップルウォッチで時計マウンティングを回避する。時計と靴が見られてる。
・ジャケット+シャツ+スラックスの型を作っておく。
・収納はかけるに特化する。たたむ&収納はムダな文化。
・高い服より手入れされた服の方が大事。手入れできないなら安物を買い換える方が良い。
〇食事
・心の健康には美味しさが大切。栄養が摂れて腐らない食材を常備する。①麦②ミューズリー③卵④魚肉ソーセージ/肉/干物⑤じゃがいも/人参/玉ねぎ/キャベツ
・うまみ+塩で料理は美味しくなる。パスタソースを塩、味の素(昆布茶/塩昆布)、鰹節で伸ばすのが味付けの基本。
鰹節(イノシン酸)+味の素(グルタミン酸)+塩で料理は美味しくなる
・醤油の入れすぎが台無しにする。調味料は風味付けだけ。入れすぎてはダメ。
・次はカットと火入れ。基本は均等に切り、弱火でコトコト煮る。
皮は一切むかなくていい。プロが使うのは弱火。あとは混ぜすぎないこと。
・味つけはうまみ/塩分/風味/甘味の4つ
・料理の効率は熱源の数。調理ケトルやホットプレートを買うだけで効率が一気に上がる
・皿をすべて白か黒のスクエアに揃えると食洗機の効率が最大限に上がる
〇休息
・休日を帳尻合わせの日にするのではなく、休養日を確保する。人は娯楽のない生活に耐えられない。自分の人生を豊かにする娯楽を手に入れなければいけない。
・頑張るは惰性、休むには強い意志が必要。1年後生きていたいなら今休め。今日、休むという判断をしたあなたは頑張っている。
・完全な休日は現実逃避に徹する。自分は何もせずボーッとするだけで楽しめるコンテンツを持っておく。サウナ/喫茶店/マッサージ/映画/本
・パチンコなど初心者でもすぐ楽しめる娯楽は危険。教養とはお金がなくても楽しく暮らせること。ギターの技術、読者の能力、料理、釣りなど。多くの楽しさは技術的習熟の先にある。少しずつこの教養を手に入れることが最高の資産になる。
→学生時代に身につけておくと後の人生の財産になる。
・コンビニ散歩も娯楽になる。娯楽は世界の見る角度によっていくらでも見つけられる
〇うつ
・うつには打ち勝てない。共に生きるもの。
・資格などで一発逆転を狙っても不可能。下っ端でも社会の一員として働くことに価値がある。小さな一歩がゴールへの最短距離。
・向いてない仕事を避ける。
①成果評価型業務:プロセスよりも成果評価。ADHD向き。
②成果物評価型:プログラマーやデザイナー。ASD向き →私はこれ向き
③作業評価型:事務職すべて。評価は減点法
④マネジメント型:進捗管理/マネジメント。他人を動かす能力が必要。
・人生が厳しいと自分から人間関係を切ってしまいがち。「お金がない自分と吞んでくれ」と誘って来てくれるのが本当の友人。普段から様々な経済的階層の人と付き合おう
・躁うつの自分を数字で客観的にモニタリングする。①睡眠時間②仕事量(アポ〇件)③食事(〇キロカロリー)
自分の感覚は当てにならない。客観的に判断を
・成功しても不安を消すことは出来ない。死ねばいいやと考えるのではなく、やれることをやって、不安を背負って生きていくしかない。
〇本当に辛いときは何もしなくていい。何もしないというのは意思のある行動。甘い紅茶を飲んで、その日を生き抜くだけでいい。

個人的には、「寝具にお金をかけるべき」にはすごく共感しましたし、一元化/一覧化/省エネなどの工夫は子どもに対しても使える手法だなと思いました。自分の毎日の生活を少しでも楽にできるものは、どんどん取り入れるべきだし、我慢しなきゃ、頑張らなきゃっていう固定観念を捨てて、そこには思い切って投資をするっていう姿勢はすごく共感できました☆
あと、目からうろこだったのが、料理です!私、調味料で味を付けるものだと思ってましたー!味の決め手は、だしと塩だったんですね!調味料はあくまで風味付け。それを意識するようになって、肉じゃががグッと美味しくなりました!色も薄くなったし(笑)
発達障害までいかなくても、みんな特性に凸凹はあるし、うつになる可能性は誰にでもあります。
苦手な人にとって分かりやすい仕組みや、やり方は、誰にとっても良い方法だと思うので、様々な生活の知恵を知ることができて、とても勉強になりました!おススメです!

Introducing a book that was very interesting to read today ☆
“Development Disability Survival Guide” Shakkindama.
The author is a “shakkindama” and I honestly thought I couldn’t expect much, so I started reading (laughs).
This was surprisingly good! I wonder if I have a slight tendency for ASD (Asperger’s)
I’m an ordinary person who has never been diagnosed with a developmental disorder, but this was useful for everyone!
The author, who has a developmental disability himself, summarizes the wisdom of life that he gained by confronting his own characteristics without giving up.
I like this honest and serious attitude, and I’m sending a message to those who are suffering from depression that it’s worth it just to survive today without blaming yourself. However, there was something that was unique to an experienced person and was heavy.
For your own memorandum, I will summarize the contents easily so please refer to it ♪

〇 Living environment

・ If you have 3 or more things to do, you will panic. Ask someone to write out the task once a week. I can calmly think that it is another person’s affair. It is important to use the brains of others to do what you cannot do yourself.
・ Even just choosing a supper will make your brain tired. Create a weekly and monthly routine to eliminate decision fatigue and create a rhythm in your life.
・ For ASD, the bath is too irritating and tends to be difficult to enter. Have a cleaning set on hand so that you can clean it immediately. Entertain with videos and bath salts.
・ A pleasant stimulus to prevent you from sleeping twice. Drink tea from a plastic bottle. Wipe your face with eye drops and a soothing sheet.
・ Physically block the five senses at night when you cannot sleep even with sleeping pills. Hot eye mask & earphones & incense
・ If you don’t bark, you can’t sleep because of alcohol dependence. Change into pajamas and switch between work and peace time.
〇 Work at home
・ Prepare a chair that does not work and switch it on and off.
・ Working environment
① You can easily reach what you need
② Take a large work space
③ Reduce the load on your body such as good chairs, split keyboards, earmuffs, etc.
④ Make sure you always see what you must not forget (Google Calendar)
→ Applicable to children
・ Change your mind by washing your hands and get rid of the habit of fluttering. Put on a jacket and start work. Incorporate the effects of the ritual into your life.
・ Overconcentration is dangerous. Drinks and food within reach.
-Consolidate tasks on a large whiteboard. The memo is gone. Write everything on a whiteboard that is always visible.
・ If you manage your schedule with a wall calendar and a notebook, you will forget to copy it. Synchronize and centralize with Google Calendar.
・ Maintain human relationships by giving sweets that are not burdensome
〇 Clothes
・ Hyperesthesia emphasizes comfort rather than fashion. You should invest in underwear that suits you.
-Avoid watch mounting on Apple Watch. You can see the clock and shoes.
・ Make a jacket + shirt + slacks mold.
・ Storage is specialized for hanging. Folding and storing is a wasteful culture.
・ Well-maintained clothes are more important than expensive clothes. If you can’t care for it, you should buy a cheap one.
〇 Meals
・ Deliciousness is important for mental health. Always have foods that are nutritious and do not spoil. ① Wheat ② Muesli ③ Egg ④ Fish sausage / meat / dried fish ⑤ Potato / carrot / onion / cabbage
・ Umami + salt makes the food delicious. The basic seasoning is to spread the pasta sauce with salt, Ajinomoto (kelp tea / salted kelp), and dried bonito flakes.
Katsuobushi (inosinic acid) + Ajinomoto (glutamic acid) + salt makes cooking delicious
・ Too much soy sauce will ruin it. The only seasoning is flavoring. Don’t overfill.
・ Next is cutting and burning. Basically, cut evenly and simmer over low heat.
The skin does not have to be peeled off at all. Low heat is used by professionals. After that, don’t mix too much.
・ Four seasonings: umami / salt / flavor / sweetness

⇒ How was it?
Personally, I really sympathized with “you should spend money on bedding”, and I thought that ingenuity such as unification / listing / energy saving is a method that can be used for children as well. I should take in things that can make my daily life as easy as possible, and I really sympathize with the attitude of abandoning the stereotype that I have to put up with it and doing my best and investing boldly there ☆
Also, what I was really impressed with was cooking! I thought it would be seasoned with seasonings! The decisive factors for the taste were barefoot and salt! The seasoning is just flavored. I became aware of that, and the meat and potatoes became delicious! The color has also faded (laughs)
Even if you don’t have a developmental disability, everyone has irregularities in their characteristics and everyone has the potential to become depressed.
I think that the mechanism and method that are easy to understand for people who are not good at it are good methods for everyone, so I was able to learn various wisdoms of life and it was a great learning experience! I recommend it!
